Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the process as simple as possible for our customers. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team right away with your order details.
 

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that certain limited-edition or clearance items may not be eligible for cancellation due to their limited availability.
