DUTIES & TAXES
Please note, all USA are now subject to duties and taxes. These must be paid by the customer. If they are not paid and the package is returned, you will only be refunded the amount minus shipping fees & return fees.

SHIPPING TIMES?
Canadian Orders - Please allow up to 5 business days to process during the holidays. Shipping times are outlined at checkout.
International Orders - Please allow up to 5 business days to process during the holidays. Shipping times are outlined at checkout.
All other international orders are shipped with the courier selected at checkout.
Please note, the timeline estimate provided at checkout does NOT include processing times. This is only the transit time provided by the courier and is not guaranteed by Brands Harbor as there can be delays out of our control. There are no refunds on shipping due to courier delays.
PROCESSING TIMES
Our current processing times for orders is 1-3 business days. This is on top of the shipping times outlined at checkout.
It is up to 5 business days during the holiday season.
During sales & release periods, please allow extra time for processing.

STOLEN PACKAGES/LOST IN TRANSIT/COVERAGE
Stolen packages are covered by ProtectMyOrder protection. When checking out make sure this is applied as stolen items will not be covered otherwise. Untracked Packages are not covered and any protection fees will be refunded. If you don't receive your package and you have paid for package protection, reach out to sales@brandsharbor.com to open a claim to resolve the issue. Please note, we only offer replacements, and refunds only if the item is out of stock.
Brands Harbor shall not be held liable for delivery issues arising from customer-provided incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, any resulting loss is the responsibility of the customer.
Brands Harbor is only responsible for covering a single replacement. This reshipment is up to the customer to ensure the item is delivered to a safe place (request rerouting to the courier, ensuring someone is home to collect the item, etc).
